Fees For Tenants
The following sets out indicative costs that may be reasonably incurred by the Landlord and may be payable by the tenant. Where the specific indicative cost is not listed below, the Landlord or Agent shall be entitled to charge a reasonable amount or rate in accordance with the provisions of the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
All costs are inclusive of VAT.
In order to secure a property, you are required to pay a Holding Deposit. Any Holding Deposits paid will be allocated towards the total annual rent for the relevant Tenant.
Where a tenant fails to provide an approved guarantor a deposit of 5 weeks rent will be payable in full on or before the start date of the term in accordance with the instructions of the Landlord or Agent
Interest for non-payment of rent can be charged at 3% per annum, over the Bank of England base rate.
To cover the costs associated with taking the preparation of new tenancy/ guarantor agreement.
Relating to early termination when requested by the Tenant.
Being the cost of replacing any lost key. If as a result of the key being lost, the locks need to be changed, the actual costs associated with replacing the lock/ replacement keys will be charged to the tenant at a reasonable rate.
